This year we are BIG buddies! This is an exciting year for students to go from being the littler buddy to being the more experienced and mature bigger buddy. We are buddied up with Mrs. Sedola’s Kindergarten class. I have been so proud of the class for being great, responsible role models. Here are some photos from when we went on a forest walk and created Leaf Men.
The second set of pictures is from when we went on a fall observation walk and collected leaves that were currently changing colour. We talked about the process of leaves changing colour and the different types of trees we observed. Then we created art! It was actually much harder than we realized so after making some initial mistakes we learned that you cannot spray too much water and we tried again. Great growth mindset!
